WHAT PARENTS AE SAYING:

  • Some of the best money I've spent on lacrosse.

    Summit High School Parent

  • The training and exposure to a higher level of play has allowed [my son] to come into his first high school season with a different knowledge of the game and an edge. He's prepared for a fast pace and high expectations!

    Bend High School Parent

  • Our son played the best we’ve ever seen him play. His game IQ and confidence were at such a higher level than we’ve ever witnessed. Thanks again for all you’ve done for him in developing “the full athlete”. You’ve really enhanced his love for the sport.

No tryout!

There is no tryout for the Impact Team. You do not need to be a high level varsity player to be a part of the program.

We are looking for players with at least a base level of lacrosse experience (2 years experience recommended) who are eager to develop their skills, compete hard, and contribute to a community focused on our Impact Framework.

We have limited space in this program - to preserve program quality, we are only offering one team.

Application Process

The application is open year-round, and we will consider players for spots as long as they are available. The program officially kicks off in January 2024 and goes year-round. Players will join the team the month they register.

  • Yes! We highly encourage multi-sport athletic participation. We make our schedule custom to the team’s needs to accommodate as many of our athletes as possible.

  • Yes - as long as a player has a few years of playing experience, they are welcome on the team. Our primary goal is transforming an athlete’s life through our Impact Framework.

With our coaching, we can give them the skills and training they need to be successful. We will also select our tournaments based on the overall skill level of the team so it’s a competitive and fun experience.

  • We are looking to have around 22 players on the team. There is no tryout, but we do have an application. We are looking for players with a great attitude who are committed to their own growth and development.

  • We have need based scholarships available. If we admit your athlete to the program, we don’t want finances to be the reason he can’t participate.

  • The Impact Team is only offered for high schoolers. Check out our Ugly Otter Youth Teams, our Leagues or Individual/Small Group Lessons available for grades 1-8. Reach out and we will help you get plugged in to lacrosse opportunities in the region!

  • We don’t have a year-round Impact Team for HS Girls yet, but we do have our Summer 2024 team!
